During the lockdowns life became much more precious. I enjoyed doing NOTHING.
I found my authentic self and my hobbies once again. H
For the next year and a half life was amazing 
BECAUSE…
Leisure freaking rules!!!
But now things are back how they were, lol.
And I want to make a playlist to bring things closer to how they were. To listen in the afternoon.
Here is what I use so far:
- After workout recover.
- Essence of Basil & Honey. **it’s effects on cortisol
- Childlike Wonder
- Self refresh

I would add understanding that the reason you felt good was that everyone else was in the same boat.
You need to accept that others will get ahead of you and let go of it, or shift your paradigm to enjoy doing lots of stuff.
