Asking for healing chronic anxiety

Guys I am honestly ashamed to ask for healing on this issue because it’s nothing compared to what some of you are going through but nevertheless I am dealing with a constant anxiety for a long time that is really debilitating, affecting all areas of my life. Have tried a lot of things including the dedicated fields so please don’t suggest anything, it will just make me more anxious to think about it or plan to use it etc. It’s that bad. Especially affecting my sleep, a lot of insomnia.
if anyone is kind enough to send whatever healing I accept. thank you

I had faced this, for over 12 months which coincided with a malefic planet’s transit I was in absolute dread and anxiety, sleepless nights, fear of losing everything, I called my friends so much that some of them stopped answering my phone lol. I know how it feels, nothing works, fields gave little relief, sometimes the energies are too much to handle.

Have you tried Kalabhairava NFT already? Back then I didn’t have the NFT but I’m confident it should work better than all other fields because all planets are under the command of Kalabhairava.

It usually comes by waves, not sure when this one will subside

Try a good Ashwaganda supplement, ksm66. B1/B complex can really help as well.

Already tried all that and a lot more in terms of supplements, etc. sadly it didn’t help much, or at least it didn’t feel like a big difference. Thanks regardless

There’s an explosion of anxiety disorders in the young. Certainly, diet has something to do with it, with sugar being a huge culprit, but the most radical recent change in the human environment is screen time, especially up-close screen time. Screens, both in terms of content available and time spent in near focus can make IRL interactions and the world itself feel unnatural, inducing anxiety, which is relieved by reaching for a screen. The power of screens also diverts us from sun, which provides a light so bright that we cannot look at it directly, forcing us to engage in everything besides looking at it and increasing our comfort in the world. It’s probably not an accident that screens don’t play well with sunlight.
