Hi guys
I’m trying to massively improve my athletic performance in regards to strength and speed, especially for sprinting. I’m not too lazy to workout. I’m wondering whether you’ve had better results with either only working out or with only listening to sapien’s automated workout audios because listening to both will, at least for now, be too much for my body to recover from.
I’d say most body workout fields help with endurance and recuperation.

A Twitch In Time would probably be the most useful for you for sprinting. Helps with explosive speed and strength related movements. Only needs to be listened to 2-3 times maybe twice a week. May be a little more or less often depending on each individual.
