Audio Fields and sound

Does anyone know why SM puts music on the audio? what should I be trying to hear, the music or the frequency underneath? Why are some parts of an audio contain music while other parts do not like in the remove subconscious limits audio?

Good question! He puts music so we have something to listen to. Part of what he does is he embeds energy into the audio themselves. You don’t need to be able to hear the drone so clearly, because sometimes you can’t when the music starts.

He chooses whatever music he wants to use, but lately he has been making his own music because some people on YouTube or wherever were stealing his work and putting their name on it.

There is also the YouTube Subconscious Limits Dissolver that has music. If there is a drone, it could be brainwave frequencies. Have a look at this:

So as long as I hear the music while its playing, or if I hear the frequency when there is no music, I should be good?

Yes, that should be fine. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, and you can also use that site I posted to make you own brainwave frequencies, if you want

Sapien’s audios are energetically programmed so they work even if its barely audible. I play all my audios at the lowest volume, so in most cases I don’t hear it but they still work perfectly

Alright perfect! another question I have is that do quads audios count towards the 4 maaximum fields that we are supposed to have? how many of quads videos can I listen to along with SP fields?

That is very interesting and good news to me!! For some reason, I always thought that you needed to be able to hear it for it to work - and if the listening was with attention and engagement, results are better! Is that your experience too?

Another implication of this would be: DW can essentially make silent audios - as the act of playing is just a way of getting the energy field out there, right?

Yes if you meditate while listening its really effective and you could almost feel the changes.

Yeah that’s why we have the dog tags, Mandelas, shirts etc., they are silent fields. Basically DW’s work and subliminals are world’s apart. So the restrictions of subliminals don’t apply here

Then these audios really don’t need music or sounds at all right? Why then the drone sounds? Or music? To encourage active listening?

I guess so. It is best to listen to the audio to be on the safe side. SM also says that you need to hear it consciously so its best to just hear it.

I would be grateful if someone could tell me the basics of meditation like do I need to sit or can I lay down, how exactly to meditate etc.

I think it’s to prevent people from stealing it. There were people who copied videos to their channels and claimed it was theirs. But I’m not too sure. The new videos all have great music, its the old ones that have that droning sound, so we can expect all the new ones to have great sounds in it.

I’ve had my phone in my pocket playing audios and have definitely felt it working without hearing it. I think they just work better the other ways listed (meditating on them ect.)

Sometimes I’ll play unconditional love on loop when I’m out in public.

No, there is no limit and no constraints on listening to audios from these two together. With Quadible Integrity, you want to listen to each subliminal at least 3-5 times per . You’ll also want to add in the Break video of switching between audios of different topics, but this isn’t necessary for Sapien.

You can also listen to Break so you can listen to handle more of a change and listen to more subliminals than you normally would. This makes me suspect that we could even push whatever the limit of 4 could be for listening to Sapien’s audios, because that is literally what it is for.

I also highly recommend Root Cause!!

To summarize:

  • Best option is to listen actively to the audios, in a meditative fashion, using Speakers. This ensures maximum effectiveness.
  • The next better option is to play the audio audibly, and listen to it while multitasking etc. Goal is to hear the audio at least subconsciously, if one is not able to listen to it attentively and meditatively
  • The third option is to not listen to the audio at all - but play it at a low/inaudible volume around you - there is potentially still some benefit from this mode (based on experience from some users)

So it is necessary to listen to the sub recharger? I am only listening to 2 quad subs so I feel like I wont need it. Is it fine to listen to Quad and other sub user like hypnodaddy without this recharger?

You might not need it. Are the 2 subs similar?
