That really depends on you and no I can’t say! What if you can only listen to 3 instead of 4 to begin with
I’m gonna keep urging my suggestion about trying and seeing what works for you, because everyone is different. Some can listen to less than 4, some way more. I’ve talked to people in this forum and in the YouTube comments that say they listen to way more than the 7 and have no trouble (one person said 10).
I don’t think you should add Extreme Muscle Growth. Someone else asked about that on this forum.
You can also add Sapien’s Jing and Pranayama to listen to more than the 4 on here. You can also find posts about that on here. I’ll see if I can find it. Who knows much you could listen to by adding Jing, Pranayama, and Break. I recommend you listen Jing and Pranayama anyways. You’ll see why.
Try the workout videos. I especially recommend Upper Body Workout since you it sounds like you want muscles, and there’s also Automated Body Workout and Automated Leg Day. I get crazy results from Leg Day.
@Maoshan_Wanderer what did you say the other day about what helped you see results with the workout videos? Was it Jing and Pranayama?
