Hi lovely people! What audios or combination of audios do you recommend for treating bone spurs and arthritis? What other can be used for bone health?

I could not find something useful for bone spurs

The first one should be helpful for both formation and resorption of bone and thus bone spurs :raised_hands:
Also, better joints would prevent formation of new bone spurs.
I will give this a try :slight_smile:
