Hi is your egg allergy still cured? Do you keep listening to this even up till now? Or permanent results?
theres a body nerve healing audio for those past surgical mishaps that might alleviate your pain
Thank you @arctic_ocean I have used the body nerve healing field a lot. Iāve been doing a lot of emotional release and Plasma Flaunt that has help tremendously. I have a long way to go but Iām getting there. My nervous system is a lot of my issues because of the medication Iām on but Iām working on getting rid of them now at the moment.
Thank you for the message
good to hear that youāre improving:)
Recently found out I have Hypothyroidism with suspected Hashimotoās Disease - awaiting another lot of blood test results to determine if this is the case. Played this twice and I can feel pulsing and what feels like a lump stuck in my throat. I will stay consistent with this field while waiting for my blood results.
Can this be used just for inflammation and digestion?
yes def cause a lot of times we dont know if we are having an auto immune response that is manifesting through inflammation
Same here, got the same verdict last week: although endocrinologist said start taking pills and live with it (since it would be genetic). First trying natural remedies (based on studies with aloe vera drink consumption or nigella sativa powder) and will give it a few months. If the antibodies are not going down, Iāll guess I will have to take pills (promised my wife)ā¦ Iām hopeful and a mostly defiant
cfr. Marked improvement of thyroid function and autoimmunity by Aloe barbadensis miller juice in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism - PMC
cfr. The effects of Nigella sativa on thyroid function, serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) ā 1, Nesfatin-1 and anthropometric features in patients with Hashimotoās thyroiditis: a randomized controlled trial - PMC.
Iām using Dreams fields in parallel.
There is an interesting link also between Hashimotos and vitiligo (I have a few local white spots, but nothing really cosmetic worrying).
Your pills are levothyroxine? Or some else? If you have hypothyroidism there is no reason not to take T4 or T4/T3 combination as prescribed. Thyroid function if by any means normalised in future isnāt that hard to restore after stopping supplementation or replacement. Contrary living with too low thyroid function is very bad for the health. Of course if you donāt have hypothyroidism thereās no certain need to take T4, maybe it will slow down progression of negative disease effects other than hypothyroidism, but it isnāt main goal of taking it.
Or to put it simple, proper thyroid function replacement is paramount in hypothyroidism, itās unlikely to hinder healing of underlying condition if it can be done.
The pills are indeed levothyroxine.
I have Hashi, TSH is higher (thyroid needs to work harder due being attacked). T4 and T3 are normal, antibodies against thyroid by immune system. The idea of not yet taking the pills is to go as pure into the aloe vera juice and nigella sativa. The very fact that the thyroid is attacked means the thyroid needs to work harder to get the T4 in a good condition. I donāt like the idea that the thyroid is slowly degraded over time .
I understood the difference with hypothyroidism is with hypo, you donāt have antibodies but the thyroid slows down anyway due to some reason.
Exogeneous T4 doesnāt degrade thyroid function, it replaces it, not in the same manner as steroid hormones do, meaning that one can even supplement lower T4 safely to combine with own production. Harder work of thyroid will lead to its faster burnout though.
It is closer to pancreas situation and insulin, supplementing with T4 will reduce load on thyroid. Also controlled TSH is beneficial in itself.
First thing to check also is your D3 levels and raise them to above medium reference range if they are low.
I know it does degrade the thyroid function and it would take stress off. However just for the sake of having interference of the levothyroxine, I want to be sure that the nigella and aloe vera does its stuff. Basically normalize the tsh to a lower level. With taking the levothyroxine it might affect the tsh and t4 level alreadyā¦
Just be sure to keep eyes on your state as low T4 can lead to health issues in many ways. Look into carnitine supplementation as well or consuming sufficient amounts of it, carnitine is essential for thyroid hormones metabolism and itās practically impossible to get too much unless itās injected (and even then known results arenāt indicative of detrimental effects).
Thanks Igem. Will check it out!
Ah by the way, people with Hashi also look into the combination brazil nuts + myo-inositol (next to support of the field of course ). Did not want leave out the article:
