I hope You guys are doing great. Actually I need advice for OVERALL BALANCED BRAIN STACK to Achieve mastery (or to some extent) in any ART, WORK, ACT especially in

  • Learning and understanding Theory and Numericals,
  • To get in deep flow State,
  • To achive highest form of Creativity. (Currently Studying and working as a video editor)
  • Get Creative ideas.
  • Work For long Hrs. (10-12Hrs.)

Doing pranayama (star exercise, search here) with automated pranayama like every 3-4hrs for 2-3min

Unstoppable Willpower

Mindfulness / alpha brain wave (or buddha consciousness from maitreya which installs an advanced brainwave patter)

Also, use something for the room.
