Using it everyday will build muscle endurance, but it won’t grow much in size.
Treat it like an actual workout, for example:
Use upper body one 5-6 times then use muscle recovery 2x then wait 2 days before using it again.
Also use estrogen reducer before using the workouts.

Yes, they don’t work that way, but muscles aren’t supposed to grow bigger by listening to an audio either. That shouldn’t work either
I think what @Samurai means is that listening to the Automated Workout System field is fairly similar to simulating a workout, and muscle growth happens as a result of processes after a workout, so using Automated Workout System alone without other ingredients may increase definition and endurance but not necessarily increase muscle size very much.
Using it in combination with Reduce Estrogen and After Workout Muscle Recovery will help with the things necessary for growth in size.

That’s a good stack. If you want you can use extreme muscle growth 1x after cardio, that should be enough for “definition”.

nahh brother, all Sapien does work for me, but i understand where your coming from, if it means anything ( limit remover ) <— 3x a day for 3 months already, but anyhow, any1 gotten sore? i get tired aswell but propper sore you know?
