THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE.
AND I AM DROWNING IN IT.
I am drowning in 999-trillion layers of grief and despair.
I cannot breathe. I do not breathe.
I cannot, do not: come up for air.
I’m in hell: with no escape.
I am raped: deep inside my soul.
Tortured and raped: on a soul level.

His name is Bryan. I thought he was my best friend.

Severe PTSD. He left me in February. Discarded me like garbage.

He left me. Replaced me. My “best friend”.

I AM TORMENTED AND TORTURED AND HAUNTED.
AND SO FUCKING DESPERATELY ALL ALONE.
The pain and the panic and the terror are truly unbearable.
However,
I have learned this:

The woman who has the power to walk away, gives her soul, the space to heal…

She allows the man to have clarity regarding her value…

She is able to ponder the error/s of her ways (as well as his…)

She learns her own strength and power and femininity and divinity and magic…

She re-calibrates her soul, and moves back to the Creator’s default…

She gives God the necessary space to bless her…

I am beyond grateful and blessed to live in Arizona an hour away from Sedona and visit often as I can. I used to live under Bell Rock in O.C.C…what wonderful memories I have from that time in my life. I’ve asked my family after I pass years from now (I’m not ill) to hike Bell Rock and scatter my ashes into the vortex.
There is absolutely nothing like the healing energy and magical serenity that envelopes you as soon as enter this magnificent city. Also, I’ve seen UFOs and orbs many times in the gorgeous night sky. 
I encourage you, if you have the opportunity to visit, do it.

During meditation last week I found myself walking towards a wooden bridge with what looked like trees around it but it was kinda dark. When I got to the end I was facing a red mountain. I knew I had to climb it but felt frustrated. As soon as I thought about the top I was there but again I got very frustrated because I realized I wasnt at the top yet. There’s was a whole other part to climb. Again I ended up at the top as soon as I thought about being there… When I got to the top i felt deflated. I was expecting to see something or someone but it was just open space of what looked like desert with small bushes and way in the distance mountains.
It wasn’t till I found this video that it hit me that maybe it was the Sedona vortices.
Does anyone know if there is a bridge anywhere leading to one of the mountains?
I can’t tell you guys how much better i feel after listening to this. I was having breathing problems as well as someone else mentioned.

I’ve heard that people sometimes go to vorteces like Bell Rock as their ideal manifesting session location. One particlarly skeptical lady went on a trip to Sedona and underwent a huge life transformation just by letting the energy assist her in her manifesting process. So I use this as assistance for my manifesting sometimes, too. In fact, I’m about to do so as soon as i’m done typing. I’m so excited for this experience.

My favorite place I’ve been. I wish so much that I lived there. I spent an afternoon there and time stood still. I collect rocks everywhere I go, and it’s incredible to hold my red pebbles as I listen to this. Sedona changed me. I flew home and painted for 48 hours straight, a picture of Bell Rock at night with the Haley Bopp comet in the sky. I look at it and think, how did I do that? This brings it back. So beautiful.

This video is amazing. I closed my eyes and could feel energy. I also started seeing blue chakra colour. I just looked that up and it says the throat chakra has a pacifying effect on the nervous system and helps with sleep problems.
Well last night when I tried this I was shaky from my nervous system disorder and kept feeling energy at the back of my head. I’ve gotten a really good sleep since then without constantly waking up and my nervous system isn’t all messed up today. Now whenever I play this I feel some energy flowing at the back of my head and can relax instantly.

My experience: hard to breathe, labored breathing at first. Then I can feel all this pressure and tense pain spots in my body, then I smelled burnt sage. I also experienced feeling all the air on my skin which was cool. A lot of twitching too. Then I started to feel kinda mindless in a meditative way and almost a little lighter. I felt the pressure in my head release or move through a body circuit and I things appeared brighter like I was taking in or seeing more light. and then I feel the pressure come back to my head and my body started heating up a bit. I also noticed i felt as if only 5 minutes passed but it was 30. Weird experience.

Scrolling through your videos and when I looked at this rock, I felt a strong ringing inside my head. It sounded like “Ping… Ping… Ping…” The frequency went up and down in pitch and volume. Very strong signal.

I was in Sedona a couple years ago… to find the vortex’s & connect with the energy…I was hiking all over the place at Bell rock when I came across the vortex… I could feel it right away…
I stood there in awe for 20-30 minutes…resonating with the energy…the interesting part was when I left…I was going through all the round abouts & my soul whispered to me if I wanted to connect to the vortex energy again …I was thinking how I have left the site 1/2 hour ago & am on the road but sure… all of a sudden I was flooded with the vortex energy…feels just like this video… great job on harnessing the energy. Thanks so much!

Fell asleep with this on loop last night,got up at 5am for work and had a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF ENERGY.

after having a few minutes of difficult breathing like the air was slowly getting knocked out of my lungs, my vision has turned slightly green. like a third of what was seen in the matrix. now i feel connected with the old indian life there. the native americans who lived in huts and whatnot back in the day. i feel like they’re my brothers. i can feel the birds and the trees and the dirt. i feel like it’s a hidden place that shall be protected as it protects us. it feels wise. it feels like space and the stars are giving me peace and watching over me. i feel like something ancient is existing there. like a big spirit or conscious intelligent energy that is connected with things.

I layed down and listened. There was this shift in energy that I can’t explain. I just felt different. I don’t know what I was seeing but it was desert like. I felt like I was moving and looking around. All this while I was awake. Shortly after that I fell asleep. It was a pretty cool experience!! Every other time uve listened to this it was just very relaxing and helped me sleep

Vow I love Sedona spent 8 month hiking there, had the most surreal experiences , did not go to any places mentioned here just climbed up a mountainside behind my house right to the top there was an entrance behind an overhang where my friend and I spent some nights sleeping in a tunnel like crevice!
Was not planned we were supposed to just do an afternoon hike somehow lost track of time and emerged 3 days later having no recollection how we even found and got in there much less bedding down and sleeping, ! After we got home I had something happen which lasted abt a month, hard to describe as I mentioned "surreal before, It flt like I was living in a painting, was not entirely pleasant yet somehow exhilarating, ! And then one day it was gone and never came back, we tried to find the entrance again but never could even though we spent a whole week looking!
Not sure if I want to experience that again, but lets see what happens listening to this, !

I was listening to this vidio with the earphones and with my eyes closed for less destruction from the outside world. In couple minutes into it I sow the bell rock Sedona very close as if I was standing next to it, not a full view of the rock, but a segment of it and felt hot air on my face. I am speechless, the feeling is overwhelming. Bravo Dreaming Seeds!!!
