It’s important to consume the nutrient necessary to grow.

This one are mental, I usually use them after completing my brain stack and as much as I can before sleep
Also, energy sensitivity, ego dissolution and limit remover are not negligible.
*: means more than 2-3 times, more is better (according to me).
Very important:
If you overdo the fields marked with *, you’ll want to use brain regeneration as you sleep and autism as you wake up.
Brain overgrowth stretches the brain which is the cause of autism.
I also use Quadible’s astrocyte audio.
Word for the wise:
Intelligence is overrated. The ability to sit and focus with discipline for long periods of time is a better predictor of academic/ intellectual success. Learning, studying is hard work, but it is necessary. Beware stagnation of information. Feed your brain not only with nutrient but also knowledge or you’re building a very expensive and useless energy sucking beast.
I recommend Unstoppable will and Ojas field.

Edit: that old stack is a good starting point, but I hope you learn to feel your brain and give it what it needs at the right time. Following other’s stack only takes you so far

Just use brain growth and superhuman genius…more than enough. Brain growth has many field combined at one…the teespring one…and use superhuman genius before that for enhanced neuron growth…and if you want more then add cognitive enhancement

It would be great if there was a field to stimulate and grow the parietal cortex. It is highly correlated with mathematical ability and the ability to engage senses, there is no specific field for this yet but it would be great, especially for those aiming to improve mathematical ability more.

My brain is fried from calculus 
, all this limit nonsense is still just that nonsense at this moment.
Whenever in class I seem to just get sleepy out of no where. I read somewhere on the forum something about that (can anyone link please?) I listen to brain audios here and there but with the lack of motivation to tackle subjects one has 0% idea on seems like a major task.

Sapien heard you long ago and made brain growth for you…it’s in teespring…you can also use cognitive enhancement…give those a try first…

I wasn’t on the forum then. Yeah I have been using brain work for 3 months now as well, nothing yet. I am looking for a field specifically in maths ability, as myself and others are going to take some very difficult maths courses, that combined with cognitive enhancement fields would be a power combo.
