Best brainwave for manifestation?

I’ve heard conflicting information, some say it’s theta and some others say it’s deep delta

which would be best when meditating and focusing on manifestation? thanks

Si, Probably the lowest

I’d say the deeper you can go without losing your grip on consciousness.

so delta ? I think that’s the lowest idk

Yet, I think a chill, relaxed state, an easy theta if you want, while having things that are properly made for manifestation, such as Solidifier, probability wave ecc, or things that are bypassing the Ego interference may do the job as well, without a deep meditation mastery.

A wise Man said, Feeling is the Secret.

Theta is not hard to reach, after you finish all your daily errands and thoughts aren’t bothering you too much, just relax, untill you feel drowsy, like in the morning when you are awake but you don’t really feel like getting up and take on the day, and play your magic!

I think its right at the border between alpha and theta.
Or, in other words, at Schumann Resonance. I think its 7-8Hz

Unless you are extraordinarily proficient, you’d be fully asleep in deep delta

You have to ask yourself what do brainwaves do.

You are more likely to be in a certain state of consciousness (less identified with the physical body, ego, and “earth consciousness”), your body and energy bodies will have more energy to use for manifestation, there is communication with your subconscious, your ego is quieter, etc.

Lower brainwaves create a more coherent energy field (in your brain). There is increased communication between brain parts.

Due to that, gamma waves can be helpful too. They are the rewiring ones. They tend to be able to program in new information and nullify the resistance to it…or at least you will be more aware (due to more communication) and have more resources to deal with them.

They are also releasing+feel good states so that’s why it is easy to reprogram.

You are coaxing more of your neurology into focusing its resources in creating a state or using other subconscious means of manifesting.

Now, I’m not saying that gamma is the best. I just want to illustrate how it all depends.

I’d say schumann resonance has extra benefits for manifesting sometimes, but theta puts you in touch with the universe along with earth.

You just invoke a deeper, subtler energy. It’s effects may take longer to be noticed, and it’s likely along the way you will grow doubts and build resistance again.

But then, any time we release a negative emotion, we have a burst of theta activity. The moment of relief you may have when manifesting your desire can be easily felt then.

Paradoxically we also release bursts of theta when we are in distress…it is a request for help to the universe.

So theta has its in-built mechanisms too.

I think morphic fields (creating them) requires epsilon.

I’m not sure, just going by other people experiences. But in epsilon, you are more likely to experience whatever you focus on in a very tangible way.

As in, if you imagine a person in front of you and touch them, you’d almost feel it physically. If you imagine some food in your mouth, you’d feel the texture, weight, and taste its flavour.

Without much effort. Kind of like a holo-deck or virtual reality.

Epsilon is the (imo) most unifying wave. Your whole brain creates only one field of energy. I think people are in epsilon when they experience “God consciousness” (the 5-MeO-DMT experience) and probably also in samadhi/gnosis. Which should be good enough for manifesting anything.

I’d leverage all of them, or focus more on other aspects rather than the brainwaves.

Oh shit, you’re right
I mixed up the two

It’s epsilon I meant, @anon70216187 , not delta

Anyways take this for reference, and the second as a suggestion:

Alpha and theta are enough for manifestation. Personally, sweet spot is between theta and alpha, leaning more towards the alpha side so i dont drift into day dreaming . In hypnotherapy, alpha wave is used for reprogramming.

PS:

You can test this by listening to the Meditation audio provided in the Energy Awakening Course. Listen, meditate and try not to fall asleep
