Which is the best Meditation or spritual practice according to you and how to do it( I know that what works for you may not work for others but if you will tell then only the other person can try and see if it works for him or not)
To me taking psychedelics (not synthetic) is the best spiritual practice, if you get a chance try.
Elevating that love for the spirit inside and outside of you.
How it works:
Intend on increasing the love for the being that you are (ypu are not a teacher, actor, sports player etc) imagine just being an “essence” which is life. Hold the thought in your mind for me after some time you’ll notice deep emotions of love and appreciation start to rise for yourself and the extension of life outside of you.
The more you perform this, the most guidance and connection you’ll feel come and easier too. Thoughts and emotional turmoil will get resolved easier as you’ll have a force which how’s how you work best resolve it.
(This is what works for me and what ive been working with at this point in time.)
I sit on the floor with my legs crossed (sukhasana position), close my eyes and listen to an energy field of theta waves, followed by a couple of morphic fields chosen from my daily playlist . I have been practicing meditation in this way for about 3 months now, and I can say that I find this technique very useful, despite the fact that it is only 15 minutes a day (in my case).
Following your heart.
The one you can do most often, consistently, for the longest time.
I think that depends on each person, you would have to experiment to discover what practice fits you the best.
