My school is releasing the results of our grades on 20th August and we haven’t had any exams due to covid so they give us predicted grades.What can i listen to to get the best possible chance to get the highest grades? And also a good audio to get into a good college?

Also I don’t know if my advice is going to be good because I myself am experimenting. I would like to recommend you some xtrememind audios which are free, good for memory. Also for me A-Levels at the end of September, I’m going to be using them together with Sapien Med.

I wish I watched this years ago. This is miles better than anything I’ve learned about learning stuff, and I read books about the topic. Yeah, it’s an hour long, but it’ll save your life.

Second, once you got the idea from the video about how your brainwaves should be more relaxed in order to learn better, I’d recommend getting the Alpha and Theta audio files by sapien. The Alpha file is free.

Lastly, you can use the “Genius IQ” audios. But, the first two steps will make the whole learning process WAY easier without having to stack 100000 audios and get tired from them all.

Dr. K has the best, most useful content available on twitch/youtube. Love the guy.

Just wanted to add the video, where he discusses strategies for different personality types. It’s no use copying someone successful, if the strategy you copy is opposing your natural character.

The video helped me realize, that I am high in trait openness (Big 5) / high in vatta according to classical Indian medicine and showed me the best way to deal with it.

Gamma waves are evidence that you’ve achieved peak concentration. In other words, when you’re intensely focused and your brain is very actively engaged in solving a problem, this is when your brain is likely producing gamma waves. They help you process information.

Research suggests that people with learning difficulties or impaired mental processing may not produce as many gamma waves.
