Bodybuilding Club

What up

Sometimes I wanna share things to the forums about bodybuilders

And just go like nah

But with a thread like this, I can just share away and whoever is interested would click the thread and whoever isn’t wont be forced to see something they may not want to see (not every one wants to see striated glutes)

So here we go

Check out Ronnie Coleman from 1991, weighing only 215 solid lbs (90 kg+ is just the weight class)

He turned pro at this show…

I think he looked beautiful

Also, steroid free.

This second picture may be from the same show? Could be… But I dunno he looks bigger and more shredded

I needa see the whole show at some point

Here’s Big Ron attending the 1991 Mr. O

If you guys want to share anything, go ahead! Feel free and welcomed

No way that second pic is the same show lol
I think its the same year though

This thread will probably be just 90% my own posts lol

What Ronnie became…

Top is 2003, his largest… 292 lbs
the bottom is 2001? Going to check

Nope, 2003 as well
I just don’t know which one was from Fridays show and which one was from Saturday’s…

I would have to watch it lol
One day I’ll watch it (again? I don’t remember if I did)

Probably not. Only if he can time travel and bought all muscles fields available at any given point in time and went back.

Well, you can also look at it like this…

Were talking the single most genetically gifted individual in bodybuilding history

I don’t think it’s hard to believe that his shape in the NPC show was unachievable…

Have you seen guys in Africa? They got great genes bro! I’ve been seeing some huge shredded Africans recently, surely with no external test…

I bet there’s a bunch of guys out there that got even better genes just never got access to drugs or good enough drugs

Any ways, he wasn’t even much shredded at all, he was just very lean… Not much striations until he hit a most muscular…

Only 215 bro

When he took steroids that’s when he really started to balloon up

Flex Wheeler and Dorian Yates both say he was natural then I believe too

His physique is definitely achievable with a myostatin deficiency, sensitive androgen receptors and good muscle bellies

Francis Ngannou says it best

Look at those guys man

Naturally lean, naturally fast responders

It all comes down to genes bro

If he didn’t have those genes,
To surmount to the level of development he surmounted to in 1991 naturally…

He wouldn’t have become 8 times Mr. Olympia

And weighed 292, looking the way he did during 2003…

Cant compare it to your average gym bro lifting hard 15 years…

Study his highschool years

You’ll see how gifted this man is

Biceps where nuts

Here he is at 16

Tell me he don’t look like your average 16 year old

Looks like a 20 year old college foot ball player

Completely doable…

Here he is in university

I mean, this guy’s been working out for ever

He’s not even that huge bro

Huge for natty for sure

But I think definitely within it’s feasible realms

Combine genes with a deeply embedded adoration and desire for exercise… This guy’s obsessed with it

Of course he can do it

Look at him today

Cant even walk normal but refuses to stop working out, despite what? A dozen back surgeries? Constant terrible pains?

That’s the man

Of course the man was able to do it

Das just my opinion though lol

Oh yeah

He also still had hair
That’s a tell tale sign of being natty

Started taking drugs and hair began to thin

Big Ron

I dunno what year, but he looks spectacular here

Going to start posting the more of the aesthetic side of bodybuilding after this post

@Kyle_Reese looks like the cat you posted on the videos thread had Ronnie’s arms from this moment right here lol

3x Mr Olympia, Sergio Oliva
The most gifted proportions on a bodybuilder of all time perhaps

One of 3 men to ever beat Arnold Schwarzenegger

He was the second Mr Olympia ever and gave Arnold his only loss at the Mr. Olympia at the 1969 Mr. O

3x Mr Olympia, Frank Zane

He is also one of the 3 men to beat Arnold

The second pic used to be one of my profile pics here…

Here is the 1st man to beat Arnold:

Chet Yorton (right)

A natural bodybuilder and the founder of natural bodybuilding himself… Chet founded the Natural Bodybuilding Association in 1978

If you look at Chet’s hands in the first two pictures, you’ll notice he’s pointing at Arnold in one hand and pointing at his calves with the other

Pointing at the fact that Arnold’s calves weren’t on the same level as his…

Many of Arnold’s early on pictures are hiding his calves, for example…

Arnold later really fully developed his calves tremendously so…

Here’s a cool Arnold pic with Joe Weider…

I’m planning on going through more well known bodybuilders, while sprinkling in lesser known guys here and there

That’s all for today though lol

I’ll make an actual Arnold Schwarzenegger post later too

And I think I’ll give each of the bodybuilders I posted before an actual post as well, except for Chet Yorton

I just wanna spice up the thread a bit before I get into bios
