Been using this on and off for the last few months and noticed my brain getting upgraded thinking faster and highly focused but after a hour I noticed I felt so out of it mentally. This morning I had a big breakfast eggs, Avocado, Oatmeal with peanut butter and a protein shake and felt so full so I decided to listen to this again and boy is it working like a 100 times better. I could literally feel my brain massaging and connecting itself and mental energy shot through the roof. I usually only eat 1 meal a day which is dinner cause of my work but now I definitely think eating something nutrient before playing this will help big time.

Dr. Manhattan mentioned add/adhd field and enhanced brain hemisphere is the same as brain growth work. So you can just use those.
Covers a lot of Brain growth work, but the frontal lobe is a bigger area than pre-frontal cortex

So we should hope for a new upgraded growth work field.
In my opinion, the new brain fields are much stronger and efficient.
Same way, Cognitive enhancement was great for its time and got eclipsed by other brain fields, the new generation eclipses Brain Growth.
Instead of just stimulating an area, it develops complex connections all over the brain for faster and more accurate results. It also take many more circuits. It’s targeted.

I’m still trying to hit the right balance with the releases. To be fair, at the beginning I only cared about what’s inside the field, not how to present it and the “presentation” is still somewhat of an after thought.
But the next ones should be more clear I hope
