I was a completely different person. At the moment Iā€™m trying to build my intelligence and do well in college, but soon I will transfer over back into the realm of ā€œthe grindā€. I just have to hit my milestones. Itā€™s hard to grind super hard while youā€™re frying your brain 12 hours a day, working, and in college lol. I need more timeā€¦

Thatā€™s so interesting so how would you recommend someone learn French if they donā€™t know any native French speakers? Since most courses may teach a version of French that isnā€™t really used

I think itā€™s similar in other languages, there are textbook/formal courses and then those based on daily life interactions. Iā€™ve noticed that many foreigners learning French studied useless or outdated informations, same for me learning foreign languages.

Youā€™ll want to find something to learn the basics of sentences structures, basic pronouns, couples verbs, present, future, past suffixes, then use frequency list dictionaries then jump onto real french content with subtitles in French (easy to check up and connect the sounds to the vocabulary and meaning), most languages follow the 20/80 rule, 20% of the vocabulary is used 80% of the time.

If you can learn whole sentences and chunk of sentences, you wonā€™t need much details, itā€™ll be intuitive.

Bro wrote it in french, so that only serious people contacted him, as only they would understand what it meant, or they would find the time and effort to translate. But me i was just bored

I didnā€™t think anyone would check, I assumed they would guess the rest from the english part.

Whatever the language, life, situations and reality stays mostly the same. Context makes it easier to guess.

Bro I feel you, but itā€™s part of the deal you could say lol. Ever since I got brain key itā€™s mostly because of sleep deprivation for me though lmao. I get freaking annoyed sometimes I feel like Iā€™m burning , get some nap and back good lol. And those who say with some ojas and jing etc are goodā€¦ f u. Just kidding lol, but i wish that solution worked for me. At least coffee somewhat works to delay a bit the symptoms, but canā€™t use it everyday because of something calledā€¦ tolerance :skull_and_crossbones:

Can you elaborate on this suggestion?

The basal ganglia stores our habits and also helps with executive function in conjuction with the prefrontal cortex (with a few other areas) in order make our ā€œwise decisionsā€. A lot of people can have the potential to be hardcore grinders, but rack up bad habits.

Iā€™m up pretty early today wow. Tons of brain game for me this morning. :muscle:

interesting and would you quote the study just for reference, I tend to love reading up on the various brain areas & their functions. All the brain horse power gained from fields needs to be channeled somewhere
ā€¦ isnā€™t itā€¦

This is a website that eplains the role of basal ganglia. Itā€™s pretty clutch.

This was the perfect audio for the field. I just feel like the music is invigorating and the more I get energy sensitive, the more nuances I spot in its sound and energy.

Super intriguing. Inspired me to loop the field. Would love to finish entire books in 1-2 days.

Those who have experimented with KtB, do you also experience improvement in your ability to articulate in your native language as well??
