brain regeneration heals everything that has to do with the brain the dopamine receptors is only a small proportion of things that heals. It heals any brain damage to be exact.

also if i had to add one audio to increase mental brain functioning which one should i choose between regeneration,brain enhancement,and superhuman genius?

if you want immediate brain power the superhuman genius is the thing to go for me.
If you want to change for long term the brain enhancement is the one.(you have to listen to everyday)
and if you hit your head someday (I hope not 
) brain regeneration is for you.
Also brain regeneration is essential as the brain must be healthy to function properly so you can increase your mental function.
