Brain wiring timeline

Hello!
I have been using brain wiring fields and have noticed some fast results after spamming with a few. I was wondering what’s the timeline like? I heard some people say there was a recommendation for 3-4x for 6 months and you can see what the effect of the field is. And then I’ve heard others say 100-200hours of playing time, which, realistically is not very long. I’ve started stacking up multiple brain fields and im wondering if theres any consensus to the timeline from minor to major results haha. Please direct me if this has already been discussed elsewhere!

Thank you

This is very, very much an individual thing. As with all fields, some get quicker results and some slower. Your starting point matters, too.

If you take the route of looping for hours daily, please make sure to include brain healing fields! Don’t fry your nerves or your precious brain.

I aim for about 500 boosted hours for every brain wiring field, observe the effects it has on me but I think about 500 hours builds a strong circuit and should be enough

Beautiful thank you

Can I ask you a few questions?
Do you recommend I listen to one audio at a time, I was building a bit of a stack and I was wondering about effectiveness.

For intelligence fields I’ve seen people say that the best working order to wire is:
Manhattan method —>> conceptual conglomerate —->> everything else —>>

What is your opinion?

you can see it like this.
i have a bunch of fields and i always pick about 2 wiring fields i want to improve. i count the hours and when i realize these weaknesses have become my new strengths, i swap the audios depending on the situation. thats why i still have to complete some circuits, but i cant stick to one or 2 wiring fields until im completely done. i have to adjust, but thats just me. your strengths become your new weaknesses and your old weaknesses become your strengths and so on and so on.
