This is more of a mixture of all states, rather than being able to pick and choose. For example whist studying its much better to go into alpha than lower states like Theta

This part is what I meant. The vibe I get from the field is that its more geared towards meditation and being able to build upto being able to flow into the states at will in time with practice vs what the old audios did, which were tools to get you into that state directly as you listened to them, if that makes sense. I might be wrong so please feel free to correct me if I am.
It’s a smart field interacting with your intuition seamlessly. So you can listen and intend to go into alpha, the field will help you go into alpha. Or you intend to go into theta, and it’ll guide you to theta.
That’s the active usage.
Now, if you listen passively, then it’ll guide you to the lowest brain wave state. Likely it’ll take you to the lowest you have ever experienced and then it’ll make you go deeper.
That’s my understanding of this field.
