Are these in Sapien Audios? I can’t tell. If not, is it okay to do something like play Theta Waves while listening to the audio at the same time?

I don’t believe they are included in Sapien’s audios.
I’m not sure if playing Theta Waves while listening is ok, if frequencies are included they may clash with Sapien’s audios.
It’s ok to listen to music while listening to an audio.

Yes that’s fine go ahead and even play with another field just not one that contradicts like testosterone and estrogen

You can use speakers, headphones or earphones.
They will all still work.
sammyg mentioned in the post below the Delta Brainwave audio has binaural beats, I’m not sure about the other brainwave audios:

You’re welcome. Dreamweaver has mentioned all the audios are fine to use with speakers or headphones. Speakers are recommended by Dreamweaver.
With these Brain Wave audios by Sapien Medicine, some of them might contain binaural beats, but there are also morphic fields involved, maybe that’s why they will still work with speakers, unlike other binaural beats audios from other creators that may require headphones.

Both Gamma and Alpha are associated with fast learning.

I think Gamma works best for enhancing fast information processing in situations where you need to be very mentally clear and think very quickly, and Alpha for relaxed studying. Gamma can have a little bit of a burn-out effect as well, which Alpha does not.

Gamma is the experimental, exciting & perhaps impulsive choice – Alpha is the relaxed, strategic choice.

I am a slow brainwave-junkie, I would definitely choose Alpha. There is a lot of evidence that slower brainwave patterns enhance all areas of human performance.

Gamma is good for recalling info but how about if am going to school to take a test what should i listen to
before the exam so i can recall what i learnt last night? As gamma effects are there as long as you are listen how about if u cant listen to it

I guess Permanent Brain Enhancement. Have you checked also Philip’s brain stack? He’s got results, so if I were you, I would just follow his stack :smiley:

i couldnt find half the audio he was talking about even when i check the patreon list so i just gave up and never started a brain hopfull i will start a good brain stack over easter once i figure out what does what.

Are the brainwave audios available on Gumroad simply the frequency of the brainwave, or is there also a morphic field added? I would assume it is since they have the structure of many of the other audios (drone, then music, back to drone).

Also, should you only work with 1 Brainwave at a time? I also had this question about the Brainwave/Meditation field that was available for purchase on the old Enlightened States, but I do not see it as available any longer. Still, the question is valid. We do go through various Brainwave states throughout the day. But, if the user wants the benefits of a particular Brainwave, should the user only listen to 1?

Hey guys
I was wondering, would it be counterproductive to place, let’s say, epsilon and gamma into the same brain stack? Like… Would the brain fire up too much, then slow down again, or is this no big deal?
