Guys I’ve been suffering from bruxism for a very long time now. I’ve suffered some damage to my teeth because of it and also get headaches. What should I do to stop it?
How are you sleeping? The Deep Sleeper could be an option for you.
There can be a root cause to address through:
- Mental Health album
- Personal Mental and Emotional Supporter (Gumroad)
- PTSD Help (or Stellate Ganglion Block. Both on Patreon)
- Outlook Retrainer (Cerebrum album)
- Theanine (Cerebrum album)
- Enhanced Hemisphere Connectivity (to balance the overactive areas)
- Mindfulness (to “check” yourself and stay “present”, instead of ruminating on past or future issues)
or other stress and anxiety audios.
You may also be needing further relaxation/tension relief and training for your body:
- Microkinesi Therapist (Gumroad)
- Acupressure
- Acu-Automaton (Gumroad)
- Spa Days album
- Utter Relaxation and Muscle Massage
The field version of Auto-Mewing (Plasma Brothers album) should be also a safe option (adjusting general mouth and tongue positioning).
Also, there can be lack of some vitamins and other elements in your diet. So:
- Vitamin C
- Food Charger
- Enhanced Cellular Nutrient Absorption
Hey man,
In addition to what Bronyraur suggested, you should check this out.
Bruxism is often associated with a parasite infection in the body, specifically a few different species of worms. My aunt had this exact issue as a child and it turned out to be exactly that.
If this is the case, you’re going to want to start using fields that focus on that. Parasite Destroyer is one of them, though I don’t know for sure if it’s designed to target the specific variety of parasites responsible for bruxism. Hopefully it is. There are a variety of herbal treatments that you can rotate to kill off the infection. Wormwood is one of them. You’ll have to do a little research to find out the names of some others. It’s important to rotate the herbs so that the worms don’t develop resistance to them before you clear them out of your body entirely (assuming parasites are the cause of your particular case).
In the meantime it might be a good idea to invest in a mouthguard while you sleep to prevent further damage to your teeth. I hope things get better for you soon.
Yes I use the deep sleeper. Thanks I’ll try these out as well.
Slightly off-topic but along with enjoying your mindful investigator side, I’m always smiling when seeing your profile pic. Makes me want to sing “I’m freeeeee… to be whatever I…” (I loved those guys so much).
Get well soon @tagler2
“…whatever I choose and I’ll sing the blues if I want”
Saw Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds when they opened for Smashing Pumpkins two summers ago. Got my fix when they played some Oasis towards the end of the set (naturally)
We had it good, didn’t we? Definitely. Maybe
So i started using the parasite destroyer as @Kyle_Reese suggested and i think my teeth grinding has reduced. I also felt the field affecting my gut heavily while listening and that itch in my teeth which would cause me to grind them is also fading. I’m 100% sure i have a parasitic infection which is slowly being killed by the parasite destroyer also added the teeth regen field to undo the damage. I’ll continue to use it for many more weeks and months to come. I’ve also read these nasty ass bugs lay eggs in your jaw muscles which then cause u to grind your teeth at night when they hatch.
I took the 2nd dose of the vaccine 2 days back and my bruxism has flared up again. This time worse actually.
Loop anxiety and stress relief
You are just nervous.
