Yes. Are you planning to workout too? If you are, add the Muscle recovery after your workout too. And listening to the NGF some time after, would help too, since your CNS has to heal too for growth. But if you are getting 7-8 hours of of deep sleep each night, you should be good. Make sure you eat your ideal gram of protein per pound of bodyweight ratio too, so your gains will be at an optimal level.
