I read somewhere in the forum that we should listen not more than 4 fields for physical results like grow taller. But we can listen multiple mental health fields.
I have a playlist of around like 10-20 mental health fields that i play overnight(downloaded from patreon).
I wanted to ask if i can use 4 physical desire fields in the day time along with the mental health fields that i listen overnight.
