Can you give me some advice on setting intention while meditating?

Hello everyone,

I’ll go straight to the examples:

Problem #1

‘David’ is using an HGH field with the goal of recovery and muscle mass gain, but he specifically needs recovery in his legs. When meditating, he doesn’t know what to focus his intention on. Should it be ‘producing more HGH’ (?), or ‘directly increasing healing’ (?), or visualizing and affirming the whole process from HGH production to how the hormone travels through the blood and then begins the recovery (?).

Problem #2

‘David’ relies on external images for visualization. He wonders if focusing on images with another person would make the field travel to that person or scatter the energy. For his mind, it makes perfect sense, which mentally ‘blocks’ him. Not thinking of himself creates an obstacle (?).

‘David’ is quite the overthinker lol

Thanks, and thanks for reading.

I would say, David is indeed an overthinker.

In such a case, the best solution is actually to use:

That’s because the field will work regardless of your intention. By “getting out of the way” (ego), you let the field automatically work better, despite any doubts.

If you wanna add an intention, do it right at the beginning, once, and then let it just be. Trust that it’s fine
