No problem just dont over do it because both are strong and youd need to repopulate the good bacteria, the audio sweps away both and so does antibiotics.
One may think that using both at the same time would help the problem to subside faster right? The thing is that the protocol (number of days and pills/injections) that you get are like designed to cure you and leave a trace in the body for more days in case the issue comes back (very common with bacteria/infections) so if you get the treatment for 2 weeks and you finish it before because the audio helped to get better sooner, your body would create a resistance for the antibiotic next time you need to use it because it was cut short before the whole treatment could have done the whole job.
And then if you get an infection a next time, youll have to take a longer treatment or a stronger antibiotic.
Soo… think about if you wanna do that 
i personally wouldnt.
I would either go with the medical treatment (honeslty best choice if the infection is quite advanced) or the audio alone.
If a week after id finished the treatment I still feel sick then id loop the audio only and im sure that would do.
So its up to you.
Just remember very important to repopulate the good bacteria after

I make sure we consume greek yogurt with our meals as a substitute to sour cream. Hopefully a few massive spoons of that is helping!!
