I was wondering if eating while using Sapien Medicine’s audio would be okay. I am not doing that currently because i am not sure it is safe.
Any answers are appreciated.

Yes it’s fine. If you want extra energy in your food, play the Food Enhancer as you eat and the exercises right after. Powerful stuff

I do it all the time but I worry if the automated work out will draw blood away from my stomach and into my muscles resulting in less effective digestion for the time being
I’m sure it’s only a minute effect though or not one at all as I have not had any problems so far

If you don’t work with topics relating to the stomach or others organs involved in feeding process, you can eating as well.
