Cant pay with paypal on gumroad/patreon/teespring 😔

Are the people at gumroad reading this thread to find and block the paypal workarounds? I’m only halfway joking. Not being able to use the paypal options is frustrating.

Well, dream already tried paypal but it is extremely inconveniant for him and the buyer. Payments don’t clear for a month which means the audio doesn’t get delivered til after a month. That issue should be fixed in the next several months though. For now, if you are having issues buying audios, pm me and you can pay me and I’ll send you the audio. This wouldn’t go against black market protections because you are buying from us directly. That can be the workaround for the time being.

It’s only Sapien’s store. All other creator stores aren’t having any issues with Paypal.

They have hidden the option in the past. Do a search (of this forum) for the various workarounds to find the PayPal option.

I tried the same method that worked in the past, but It looks like they removed it…. Others folks have been reporting the same thing, It‘s unfortunate!!!

You are talking about “the same method” (singular). I’m talking in the plural, because there have been several workaroundS that have been discussed.

Do you know one that works right now, because the ones I tried don‘t work unfortunately? I think It’s a change from Gumroad. If anyone got the right solution let us know, a couple weeks ago It was working perfectly.

I pay Patreon with PayPal and I have funds, didn’t delete payment info, card is valid.

In what country are you located? Certain countries (such as India) have recently changed their national banking laws to make recurring transactions on certain cards (like debit cards) illegal.

From the reports posted on this forum, Patreon hasn’t yet found a way around this.

Not from India but I had issues in the UK subscribing, for me what worked was getting the Full Membership. The basic one didn’t work for me.
