hello guys, a question. Could the lgd be making me lose a bit of body hair (chest and back areas) as I’ve realized that when i use it and when i dont use it for a bit i realize it’s a bit back to normal
Yes. It would be binding all your free test for anabolic purposes thus leaving less for androgenic purposes (ie body hair).
5k time has dropped to 18:59 seconds. Started to run on a more consistent basis (every few days). My BREATHING (MY GOD) has improved so much it’s insane. While I’m in my run, the first thing that starts to give are my legs (due to the amount of Fast-twitch muscles I have (mainly a sprinter)) whereas my breathing feels so good and natural it’s almost like I’m not running at all with the amount of control I got. I got people questioning why it is that my legs were hurting more than my actual breathing. I’ll continue to do some updates here and there. Gotta get those legs getter endurance.
If sapien can do something regarding Fast twitch muscle super charge (or slow twitch muscle super charge) for 2-3 hours after listening. That’ll be the end.
I should also state, I don’t use the audios everyday. I follow the playlist that’s from the course and added LDG and Caradarine to that list. I listen maybe an hour before my running (no gym currently ) and I try to listen to Cardarine right before actually running (15 mins prior should put me at 3 listens but I mostly stick to 2.)

Some Lifts I can remember I’ve done before were:
90 lb dumbbell flat bench chest press 4x8-6
135 lb Military Press 4x12-8
720 lb Leg press 6x10-6
275 lb on squats 4x6-4
365 lb on Deadlift 3x3-1
I’m in the range of 7-11% body fat 5’9 and weight about 150 (at the time of these stats) roughly the same now tho.
during this time i only listened to:
extreme muscle growth
a little bit of the body part workout while i was working them out. (not really much)
After workout recovery (while sitting in the sauna for ~1 hour) this would happen within 20~ mins after working out.
can’t wait to get back in and include these new audios.

Will this compound be picked up in a blood test?
I don’t think so. You’re not ingesting it orally or injecting it for it to be traced. It replicates the effect in an energetic fashion. However if there was anything like Testosterone etc those changes can definitely show up in results. For the same reason if you use energetic cannabis, san pedro and such products they’re not gonna show up in any tests.

I am a mid 60’s yr. old female that due to illness lost a lot of muscle mass. I was already quite ill but then I got a viral infection in my muscles (EB which got reactivated…again) which broke them down> the waste byproducts went to my kidney and caused me to go into chronic renal failure. Eventually, I was 1 level away from dialysis. This started around end of 2008. My kidneys have 80% recovered (slowly) over the years.
Anyway it has been very difficult to gain any muscle mass, globs of fibrosis replaced the muscle mass. (Before I became ill I was athletic, I had a good amount of muscle.) But NOW to most people it looks like muscle, but it isnt. This entire mess was increased by ongoing psychic attack.
I had been using the 1rst Auto Workout when it came out, I did notice some positive change. When the Upper body, Glutes, Legs, Calves and feet, Core Strengthening, Abdominal Wall Restoration, Stomach Shrinking and Toning came out I added those as they came out but after a while I “got the message” that I had to make 2 different workouts : Upper body and Lower Body to be done on 2 different days. So now I have 2 days/week for both of these. I had to add the Decrease Testosterone after the Testosterone increasing workout vids ( Legs and Upper Body), even though it is supposed to go directly into the muscles because I developed increased hair growth especially on my face (of course NOT on my scalp where I want it, rolls eyes)…and its med. brown hair and thick. (The hair on my scalp and almost everyplace else (except legs) is very very light silver)
My instinct told me to add Cardarine. I only play it once before each of my workouts, so 4 times a week. I have no idea if it is helping or to what degree, but I have a feeling that it is helping.
I wrote this review on the urging of _O M who wanted a female to review it. I otherwise wouldn’t have written a review on it. I can say that the workout vids definately do help.
