Yeah I mean absolutely. Full agreement. It just seems that the way it is, there’s not really a way to stop that besides not having the sales open to the public. Perhaps a screening process, or something.

I’ve been researching possible solutions and it’s difficult. Most people will either use credit cards, bank accounts, or an exclusively online option like paypal (which derives funds from a credit card or bank).
In basically all cases, the payment process will be beholden to the policies of the bank/credit card for charge disputes. This is true even for Paypal (as it can be made to defer to banks and credit cards if the charges are disputed at that layer).
There’s not much that can be done to mitigate that.
If it were to jump purely to cryptocurrencies I would bet that a number of people (myself included) would step away from purchasing things.
There’s not an easy way to resolve this. But, in the spirit of the subject title, black lists are one strategy for limiting future risks

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying here, but it’s been confirmed upstream that, as long as you can sign into your Gumroad account, you can still download fields you had previously purchased, regardless if they’re now now longer available for purchase, regardless of your device.
I can’t speak for Team Dream, but it may well be a good idea for anyone who has purchased fields from Gumroad to make sure they have a secure copy of their files some place other than Gumroad, just in case that venue or that company goes away. When you have a file somewhere you can control, what Gumroad foes (or doesn’t do) is no longer an issue.

I guess that’s true. My mind just went to a worst-case scenario because there were tens of items all pulled at once. That sort of thing gives me the impression that the whole seller account might get locked/investigated. Hopefully not, but many hosting services have rather pernicious clauses that can cut off access to people they decide to blacklist.
That’s why I’ve had recurring paranoia about all the digitally hosted assets 
if something goes wrong, they can disappear with little warning 
.

Ok, that could happen. But that’s no big deal when you have secure copy of your field file on your local files that you can control.
As they say, just because you have paranoia doesn’t mean it can’t happen. 
Absolutely. That’s why I posted the last paragraph of my reply. Especially when I’m reading, in NFT threads, people asking it they have to download their NFT/images.

Regardless of anything, I don’t think it be wise to sell anything medical related again. Gonna get flagged and possibly bring us trouble in the future. It’s already touchy territory in the internet and it seems payment processors are taking big steps towards vendors selling those kinds of products. Fair game.
Whoever bought any of those old medical products, they will certianly still work for you. We will still create. And push on.
I am also in the process of creating a marketplace in enlightenedstates. People will have a lot of options there to create your own private stores and sell audios, physical items, images, psychic readings, services of whatever kind if you’d like. Gonna take me a few more days to get it fully together but it should be nice.
But we won’t be able to allow medical fields like increase height or heal cancer, ext… It’s just… that’s the end of that. You can try selling it elsewhere if you’d like but we aren’t the only ones affected by this. Seems as though this is just the new standard.

Would be nice if any of us could make their own international payment method like PayPal, wise etc. So there wouldn’t be any issues like this. Might be a tough job but still could solve the problem I guess. So it could be linked to soundweave or enlightened states. Or any other alternate way that could solve the issue.

Except…the audios won’t work for these people. Their intent was bad to begin with. I highly doubt the audios will work if they take their money back. I highly doubt dream let’s people get away that easy.
If anyone thinks that it’s so easy to get away like that, their thinking level is that of a baby…

You can sell only NFT’s. When you transfer your NFT to buyer’s account then it no longer works for you and starts to work for the new buyer.

How about using code language to hide their actual function?
Just linking to an external site, even this forum, where “people can discuss the audio track’s name for their personal entertainment purposes…”
Or use marketing language like e.g. “Music Track “Stronger Bones” - for entertainment purposes only”. So that all the functions of the fields are disguised as track names?
For the fraudster, these need to be stopped at the source of their evil doing, so maybe adding an “instill fear” field like we have it on the Shielding tag? If anyone only just thinks about returning a field or trying to resell it illegaly, a ton of fear will be ignited. Not the best solution, I know, but maybe something in this direction?
The only long term solution for fraudsters is to keep them away from visiting the shop and purchasing anything in the first place.
Or a smart servitor that watches over the eStore and pushes people will ill intentions away through fear and through igniting disinterest…

i too couldnot enter my first phanthom wallet today and i have NOT forgotten the password…unfortunatrly i lost the key at the making of the first wallet what of course is my fault. i too couldnot download the image of the solidifier first and used the forum for it.
i recon there is a mass attack on every viable not protected from Captain place.
so i fathom the community should unite abit.
difficult and challenging times to manifest good are these.
