There’s nothing stopping you from buying it in real time. You don’t have to HoDL or invest it.
This list had my mouth hanging open while reading it. Almost all the stuff on there is real. They even call TCM and Ayurveda pseudo-science.
Not to hijack the thread but saw in an interview of Larry Sanger, the co-founder of Wikipedia who revealed google is really a big donor of Wikipedia. During the time of covid I was active on twitter till I got banned and I saw a conversation between Jimmy Wales, the found of Wikipedia and an Indian media person exposing Wikipedia’s bias.
I clearly remember the page on Ayurveda was locked while the page on Unani medicine was open and left for editing. I don’t remember checking the page on TCM but now even Unani medicine is locked. There is a clear conspiracy to spread disinformation by global institutions.
Wikipedia’s best alternative everipedia.org does not even show up in the google search if you type alternative. That is how evil google is!
We need magicians to take on these big institutions.
Or we just come up with alternatives that render the big institutions irrelevant.
If it happens good but till date we don’t know who invented bitcoin which (supposedly) was meant to take on global banking systems but now there are so many crypotcurrencies, it is just crazy. More confusion and chaos.
That’s a great idea, using USDC (which is regulated and audited) as a workaround to payment providers.
Pros:
- People can’t chargeback
- All transactions are stored on the blockchain so cannot be disputed
Cons:
- Will take a bit of work to set-up
Thanks for this list lol,
Perhaps these are the things we should be spending more time researching
YES! it’s like they give you a list of the things that actuallyyy work
Yes curious how they easily dismiss stuff that has worked for thousands of years. No empirical evidence for Qi, so Qi Gong is useless, i mean…wtf?
The Alexander Technique??!!
I didn’t make the list
Chiropractic is on there too, and they’re not listing it for historic reasons.
The unfortunate thing is that even though wikipedia isn’t authoritative, it sits in the background of a lot of people’s minds. Even lawmakers are more easily pushed by special interests if an easy-to-see resource says something doesn’t count as science/medicine.
—And the chiropractic designation even has an effect on medical billing and what insurance is willing to cover.
I understand that, I’m just taken aback. Some types of pseudoscience I can completely understand people wanting to discredit purely out of concern about their dangers (Jilly Juice and black salve come to mind), but for others it’s so transparently about wilful ignorance for money.
I have full faith that DW and Sammy will find a way around this. I am a firm believer that every problem is just a solution waiting to be found, and I’m sure DW and Sammy are brainstorming ideas which will allow us to access the now discontinued medical fields, whilst protecting themselves from illegitimate charge backs. There’s always a way forward where there is a positive will to strive past anything holding you back. I have faith that these amazing fields, and all the time spent creating them won’t be in vain because of some selfish individuals.
Yes i should be able to, youtube is content to let it exist as long as i choose the videos as having unsavory content, then we are in accordance.
Which lets them hide it from the search results, nothing too shadowy anymore, just the actual agreement.
I agree.
I will rename them all, before the month is finished and remove the description.
Just to be proactive.
waiting on sound weave to be sorted then we are running smooth for while.
I have yet to see anything as effective as black salve.
Yes please confirm if you are planning to remove eternal because if yes I would buy it earlier then i normally would have
But it destroys everything it touches, sure it might kill skin cancer but it burns a hole in healthy skin as well
Bullshit.
Read the ingredients. Which of these burns a hole in skin? I’ve seen this stuff do miracles, it’s great for everything not just cancer.
I did a Google search and see the FDA fear mongering (wouldn’t surprise me if they released some crap onto the market themselves), but any version of Dr Christopher’s black salve is a great all-purpose topical. Wounds, poisonous snakebite, you name it.
Black salve? Not in my experience. Never had it burn a hole in my skin. (Great stuff, although a bit stinky and ooky.)
That’s not what I’m talking about, I’m talking about black salve made from bloodroot
