Hi, i have a question, why is the checkout disabled in the Sapien Shop?

I know, but what’s the issue? Same as before? Was it disabled full 6 months till now? And when can we expect to be on again?

Peoples packages went missing, and Sapien would have to give many refunds, some of which ended up arriving after the refunds where issued…

I’ve read comments saying usps is safer now but idk, international shipping is also kinda iffy

The Sapien team hasn’t said when the shop is opening… but hopefully it’s soon

Is there any way we can help with this? Like order it to address in US and then re ship it to other parts of the world. Some of us in Europe and other countries would love to order this items and are willing to pay for extra shipping costs.

I think situation is simply beyond control. Unfortunately, the Reality is not created by some wishful thinking. The global shipping industry capacity is simply heavily strained for now. Unless you operate a international courier service on your own and have a corporate fleet at your disposal, you would still be bottlenecked at some point of transit route.
Take this as a chance to practice patience and restraint, I would suggest. I’m as eager as all of you do, and I live in Asia, an even more difficult place than Europe. Please don’t press unnecessary expectations and demands on Sapien Team. They are not obliged to cater to people’s feeling, to put it bluntly.

they open the shop occasionally. It was open 3 weeks ago. Patiently wait for the next time it will be open again :slight_smile:

Personally, all my orders had arrived perfectly fine when the shops temporarily opened

Apologies, I didn’t mean to sound so forceful nor put any unnecessary demands on the team. I wouldn’t even dream of asking anyone to cater to people’s feelings.
