Childhood trauma and healing

I hear lot about this stuff that somehow I think I need to address this as well. Do you think the trauma release and combined with the devil reversed can release that childhood trauma? Especially with love blockages ect ect

From my little bit experience , there are lot of “things” that need to be targeted , and audio will help but its not the “only one” .

Saying this … You can divide your progress by stages , and using audios according to any phase or thing you are trying to addres.

Hope this be useful and not confusing .

I really need to work on healing my childhood trauma. I can feel that this is why something prevent me from receiving things. Do you think the trauma release can help with it too? Or I need to add innocence audio as well

Trauma release and healing, and all of the related fields, in my opinion, should be a main focus. The entire mental health album, amygdala healing, SLR, become whole, and a bunch more.

Trauma and negative patterns in the nervous system have to be released and replaced with positive programming/conditioning if you’re serious about tapping your true potential. The quality of your life comes down to the quality of your predominant emotions.

Use one or two things for a week or month . and see how you are progressing , but you need to stay loyal to your “playlist” because you need to keep walking in one direction to do some progress…

Affortunately the audios of that kind do wonders in matter of weeks .

Yes. I’m done with my old negative self. And I need to improve myself :joy: so I’m ready to heal my deepest self and come out to be more better. I will add the audios you mentioned

I think dopamine one could help too, and soul restoration, soul retrieval. In my healing traumas journey, i realized that many of my negative emotions attached to some addiction.

Because when the traumas or incidents happened, my soul fragment and i did some instant pleasure such as porn or alcohol to mitigate the pain. And through times it become thoughts form and my dopamine system is fcked up.

So when i make some dopamine detox and soul retrieval, my past memory from traumas rise again in my thoughts. And then the mental health album and other fields do their work perfectly to release it.

I personally find the Vagus Nerve Stimulation very healing too. Maybe give it a try :slight_smile:.

So I been stick to these playlists for weeks. I feel like my trauma surfacing when I see people I know. And my anxiety quite strong too. I been feeling extremely depressed and was thinking of suicide for couple of times. not to severe and instantly trying to relocate my thinking when it happen. Idk if I should stick with these playlists or not :/ but I would say that I been quite calm when something triggering me. Like I just don’t care. But I’m so aware that it also making me depressed. I feel alone and idk what to do.

It seems to me that it might be good for you to distance and detach from people that are bothering you. Even move to another place by yourself if that is possible. I went through depression too. From my understanding, depression is eventually asking you to follow your true passion and shed old identity and release karmic situations, probably more complicated than that…But definitely detach from what is draining you first.
