You can play everyday… even more than once a day…
but starting off… go easy…
Not everything needs to be spammed all day (or used to get “high”)

You will get blissful and peaceful with this audio.
Again ‘grounding’ actually should enhance the benefits and prolong the effects.

As always, it’s up to each individual person.
But if it acts like the actual device (it does) then it’s safe to assume one would follow those general guidelines for the field as well.

Honestly, I’d start them off with the regular Plasma field and HEED the warnings by SilverZuzu above about going really really slow…and MONITORING their reactions and how they feel.

I don’t even feel comfortable giving any advice on this as I feel it’s going to be an “issue” if things don’t turn out in the best possible manner.

Just LISTEN to your intuition…not your fears about using these field in a careful, meticolous way…

The seemingly “faster, more direct” treatment isn’t necessarily the best one in this case or in many issues.

Start with regular Plasma… see how they react and then using your intuition think about incorporating Plasma Protocol into the treatment.

My suggestion is that people who are older, say 60+ and/or seriously ill, should go slow with these “super duper fields”. Start with 1 field for 2 min./day and work upward time wise in 20 sec. increments. (Because the detox for me is a bitch. At this point I play Plasma Light X 4min. in A.M. followed by Grounding X1-2. At night I play Cosmo-Volt X4 min, followed by Grounding X1-2)

Is it possible for this field to cause a deep healing crisis? A herx reaction if you will.

Yes… why I said go slow.
I didn’t want anyone freaking out over a strong detox.
Which will naturally happen in every healing…just a matter of how much and how severe and if one’s body can handle it.

So you know it’s working… but you may need to do the basics for these types of detox…more water, sleep, food (or not) depending on how it reacts… and grounding off as much as you need to.

Feeling the same bro , I dont know how people can loop this for hours , I literally can only take 4 minutes lol . After that I feel so ramped up , and ungrounded plus I literally get a physical detox , I’ll list some things that I did today to counteract that :

I’d recommend
3-5 mins Plasma,
3-5 mins Grounding
3-5 mins Plasma,
3-5 mins Grounding
etc. Repeat/end according to one’s feelings.

Right now, It doesn’t “replace” anything specifically.
Add it to your existing stacks and notice if this or that issue suddenly or gradually improves where you don’t need it anymore.

Over time, depending on each individual’s situation, you’ll intuitively know which fields can be removed naturally.
