Audios are for owners of the NFT only. They will not work for non-owners.

If you have been reading recent posts in the NFT sales thread, the asking for audios has been used by unscrupulous types to attempt fraudulent sales or trades. Sometimes people forget to ask the pertinent questions when going after a great offer.
