Recently, I drink a lot of Tulsi tea (Holy Basil). I like to drink it with a squeeze of lemon juice.
I’m a big tea lover and drink more than a liter of unsweetened tea every day. Often I collect some herbs from the garden, like fresh mint, thyme or rosemary to make a mild herbal tea.
During my three months in Australia I absolutely fell in love with Australien coffee. The quality there is so amazing! But now back in Europe, I prefer drinking tea.
Nice, I have not tried Holy Basil tea before, might try some soon. I used to drink a lot of coffee as well, but recently switched to herbal teas also like peppermint, rosehip & hibiscus tea. Really amazing stuff, feels much better for health than coffee for me.
I have 2 times Green tea every day 4 sachets , Pure One without any mix preferably. If not, any flavour is available ( Lemon/Basil ) works
If in office I add a pinch of Cardamom powder . This brings an awesome flavour & benefits if someone wanna try :)
I like coffee smell, makes me mad energetic but don’t drink it …lol
But i also always have chamomile, Hibiscus, Peppermint and Cinnamon ( 1 big tall cup choose a different flavor every day - this is to start my morning at work)
Wonderful thread … Tea/coffee lover know those are the blissful moments of the day. Can’t start any morning without them!
I drink Earl Grey tea everyday with a minimum of 3 cups and a maximum of 5 cups. Teas are lesser caffeine than coffee and the tea bags release even lesser caffeine than boiling loose tea leaves (like in Indian chai). Green tea is much lesser caffeine than black teas but I need my black tea so I go for Earl Grey. I love this flavour and don’t deviate much to other flavours. So it’s not too much caffeine but actually too much sugar since I can’t drink it unsweetened.
I do wish I could switch to unsweetened green tea but I crave that black tea (Earl Grey) and I can’t drink it without sugar and a tsp of milk.
Coffee, Water, Soda, Smoothies - Almost Daily or Daily (water, daily, otherwise I might skip a day for the others, but rarely)
Beer, Tea - Less often
Wine - even less often, once in a while (I like both red and white wine)
No one standing up for Earl Grey? I do like bergamot in my tea. Gotta have milk with it though, none of this lemon.
Coffee wise I usually try and get a good Columbian instant coffee, with half and half oat milk and semi-skimmed milk.
