But no seriously. Having the significance level of something be p = 0.05 is just such an arbitrary value. Like really, just because something is 0.06, you’re gonna say the correlation is just by chance? It’s too rigid. That’s the problem with the modern scientific method (although it has its own merits).

Btw I feel as if it’s not the semen retention itself that gives me confidence. I’ve been anxious a few times in the past few days. But the transmutation of my Jing into Shen. I went out today, immediately after doing two repetitions of the 6th Tibetan Rite.
Confidence oozing. I was able to maintain eye contact with strangers without feeling the slightest bit awkward. I was able to continue singing in public without getting embarrassed by the possibility of others hearing me. My chest went high and shoulders went back automatically. Everything went so smoothly. That’s what makes me feel as if semen retention by itself is not fully effective.
It was that sort of relaxed ballsy confidence that I felt. Even the security guard showed me respect, almost like he was a bit intimidated.
