My body is suffering from confusion, I’m hearing voices.. I’m struggling to sleep… I know I need to see a doctor. But if anyone can energy heal that would be great

Yeah, auditory hallucinations require medical intervention. There’s pretty safe meds for that, don’t worry. See a doctor, then do energy healing once they see what’s what. 
I recommend the NFT Project Mental Health if you can get your hands on it.

As for fields, one of my few recommendations is “Anti-Schizophrenia”, from Equilibrium (or Ashen, his discord name).
I recommend you to use it besides the medical treatment.
You can find it in the Fields category, # free-uploads subcategory.
You can also try the Healing Vortex, in the same discord group, just search for it, it’s another powerful field.
Please read the rules for using his creations.
You can activate the fields by saying “Activate (followed the field’s name)”.
Their effects last for 20 minutes, as a general rule and most fields can be activated again.
