In my opinion it does both. Sometimes it may get rid of any block, and sometimes it doesn’t.
For a subliminal to do a certain thing, it has to take the subconscious by the hand. Take them right to the energetic imprint and show it how to clear it.
Most subliminals don’t do this.
They rely on the subconscious working on itself. It is how it best works so it is a good choice. But sometimes, it can’t do certain things for either reasons (that you can clear too) or lack of ability.
That is also how the subconscious works with your mind. In any case, you will either take new decisions consciously, or maybe at the begining become aware that you did something differently only after.
To make my point another way. That’s why there are so many techniques to do anything. You do them consciously. The only need for that is cause the subconscious isn’t doing it on its own, without your input.
So now ask yourself, how quickly can you develop a new skill or master a meditation/energy control technique with a subliminal? One that is for clearing a type of block.
If that’s easy and fast for you, chances are your subconscious will find how to deal with blocks on its own when using subliminals.
If it isn’t fast and easy, then you know your subconscious requires work on your part. So you either work with it, or you go out there hunting for techniques (Spiritual Growth States of Being would help with this).
To make sure subliminals work (regarding this specific aspect of how the subconscious works with your conscious mind), I’d listen to Conceptual Realizations/Conglomerate or Imaginarium Divine.
Mindfulness (from Self Realization series) also helps. In fact, I think it would help with fields and with anyone experiencing any stuckness. Any field that increases pure awareness (Animus Luminis Radiantem) should also help.
Inner Moonlight, Reversed Devil, Lucid Dreaming, Reversed Tower, Trauma Release, Emotional Release, vibration raising fields…all those put you in touch with the subconscious, but the other side of the equation, the conscious, responds better to mindfulness.
Being in touch with subconscious is great and all cause you have feedback, but changes come slow anyway. Being not so in touch with the subconscious but having mindfulness accelerates results imo.
So I’d use Imaginarium Divine and Mindfulness to make up for what subliminals lack. Cause most of them won’t work that comprehensively. And even working with a hypnotist tends to be slow (like I said…the subconscious is nice and all but it always requires us doing some mindfulness/realizations work).
Imaginarium Divine will show you whats, whys, etc and you will be able to make any subliminal work. Actually since it works with the higher self too I think it does everything on its own.
Mindfulness will bring any needed conscious shift. I think by the time those conscious shifts happen, the change is already made, you’re in a new reality. But that confirmation is needed. Probably not needed with Imaginarium Divine.
