I believe I connected with my shadow self. While I was meditating I saw my shadow. They came to me. At first I told them to go away then it was like I remembered I needed to realign or something. So I apologized and told them we needed to be one. We needed to get rid of that anger and get rid of all negativity. I told them we are better as one and we needed to reconnect. I put my hand out they grabbed my hand and we entered each other if that makes sense. I wish I could put more but that’s pretty much all that happened. It was an overall pretty cool experience as afterwards I started to feel and act somewhat like my old self in a good way of course lol. No it didn’t like instantly change everything but it was like taking a few pounds off a bench press you could just feel the weight be lifted if that makes sense

Yes it’s something I definitely plan on continuing to do. Thank you for the field recommendation. Right now I’m really trying to expand my universal awareness, radiate positivity and unconditional love, and to just expand my energy as much as I can. I really want to lean astral projection and start learning how to really use my energy to help people. I want to be able to see what’s fate and what isn’t. I also really need to start learning the universal laws more and better understand them as long as free will. I’m starting to understand law of attraction and free will a bit more but believe there’s more for me to learn about it. I also plan on reading every bible there is eventually when I feel my mind is fully ready
I forgot to ask you do you know of any good field to stop people from having sexual attraction towards you? I’m on no fap/semen retention and my partner takes it personally like I’m not attracted towards them lol. I try to explain spiritual things but they don’t listen. So far everybody I’ve tried to explain thing to don’t ever believe me. My partner even hit the astral through her dreams like how I do and still doesn’t believe me. I think it’s fear to be honest

I don’t know what to recommend for what you asked however I would advice you to use Negentropic 3 treasures , Ojas , Tejas , Jindan , your energetic being and soul restoration(core) and transmutation and micro cosmic orbit these will give you the effects of no fap without need to do it. Equilibrium also had porn healer or something along those lines to help with temptations.
I have just got Tejas yesterday and oh my I believe this is what a high stage of no fap feels like and having this with energetic being both have a Mandela so constant energy flowing in.
IMO the use of those fields will be more beneficial then just nofap by its self. The combo of the fields and nofap…. Exceptional

Your life doesn’t have to become like a full monk. With fields , meditation and healthy life style you can get very very far in all aspects not just spiritual, potentially reaching enlightenment this life or definitely setting you up well for the next.
Spirituality is everything not just raising your vibration. This is a full spiritual journey no matter what you do in life it’s ‘spiritual’ . There is infinite ‘time’ for everything just enjoy it and make others enjoy it will even if you have to sacrifice small amounts of ‘spiritual’ progression. Nothing is really good or bad.
