Meditating regularly with the Earth Star Chakra. Of course, everyone is different, but I think this chakra has an important place in the functioning of our energy system
I see meditation and grounding daily as maintenance for ourselves. Those good habits that fill you up will “push out” that which feels " bad".
As for reaching equilibrium I’m not sure what that means. I have good days and it’s easy to stay positive. And on those tough days it’s the good habits that keep me going. Even if I feel off center I know i can recover.
Eat enough food and walk. Clean your environment with salt spray, or put salt in a cup and place it in the corners. Replace it every few days, or more often if needed.
