Could use some guidance

For some reason no matter what I do my metabolism seems completely shot. I exercise a lot and use the thyroid regen audio, I eat healthy and I’ve tried fasting too. Have also been using iron gullet but I’m still bloated. I would really appreciate if someone could look at my energy system to see if anything stands out, I’m more than happy to pay for your time.

Yep I’ve used SLR. quite a bit and I can definitely feel the fields doing their job when I listen.

No, my friend, nothing seems malicious or visibly dark in your energy system. Nothing stands out as concerning.

Have you tried the new Gastrointestinal Specialist? If you have any underlying digestion issues, this is the most comprehensive field atm.

Thank you so much for the reassurance and for your suggestions! The fascia fields made me realise how I’ve been holding tension in the pelvic region due to following mantak chia’s instructions and doing many kegels daily :joy:

Although I stopped doing them some time back the tension remained, and I read that can lead to water retention. I just bought and used myofascial release and the tension is gone! Also used fascia shakeup and I already feel so much better. The water is being released and my circulation is much better.
