Nothing very noticeable, but the more I’m learning about human metabolism the more I feel we have to pay attention to our overall metabolic health, the condition of our organs, our nutritional deficiencies, etc before we can expect a field to really do anything weight wise. It’s all an interconnected system. I want to make my way back to this one as my overall health improves

Dianite I feel is what helped me really profoundly at work I have never been this calm and level headed even when stressful situations popped up I didn’t feel an ounce of stress and thought something was wrong with me cause I tend to fold a bit when the pressure hits lol.

Just got aware of these.

The Tourmaline is one of a kind, grounding while staying quick on my feet.
The energy feels very familiar, but I can´t put my finger on it. Dejavu vibes.

Great psychic protection too, I love it!

White Onyx feels very dopaminergic, allows me to let go of stress.
Like moving towards a goaparty in the woods, hearing the music from afar and already getting excited to dance.

Both are very strong and have great music. Have yet to test the others.
