Has anyone been using crystal energy with audio fields you listen to ?
Yea totally forgot meditation track lol thanks for reminding me that one , should have meditated more

I assumed the meditation audio would have tre same affect as just listening to like 4-8hz frequency, but it’s way stronger. It puts you in meditation pretty much Immediately. I use the ATS manifestation audio talisman with that audio. I wear it all day so I’m in a constant meditative state. I can’t express the gratitude I have for all these divine technologies we have access to!
