Hi guys,
Is it OK to listen to this curse removal audio through headphones, or does it need to be used on the whole energy field, and played through speakers?

Also can we set an intention for it to remove any curses or spells from people that we are quite sure of, that have casted some sort of negativity on us?

What are the symptoms of being cursed? mental and emotional, and life ones? I feel like since i was 11 my life completely change into the complete negative. Everything turned upside down and since then everything is bad. like there are some moments where im ok but its not like it used to. im 19 now i will turn 20 and i made no progress, i have too many fears, phobias, lack of hardworking, lack of self-esteem, confidence and the thing is when i was 11-13 it was not like now, it seems like as years pass by my life gets shitter. When i was younger i was brave i was everything i wish i could be now. Of course my life was shitty but i had the strenght, the bravery that now i don’t. have. I lost a lot of people, family, death, friends, is evil eye a spell?

I just want to know. I already brought this because of desesperation. I Just want to know if this would turn my life better. Like i do soemthing right and then Boom some drana, disaster or something bad happens. Like i can have 1 year of true happiness. In the past when i was 12-13 i played ouija and did black magic with a friend because i didn’t know what it was, my friend was a lot older than me.

when i was 15 i was learning about psychics and stuff life that and i payed some to cast spells on me for a better life. I think some of those played a spell on me for a wrose life. because they seem sketchy

like i really do feel like people did an evil eye on me. because i had lots of envious people in my past. and i feel like some spell casters that i mase them do a spell on me at that time i didn’t know. i serched on any website but now that i think thet seemed weird

like i can breathe a lot deeper, and it stood out to me, because usually, its really hard for me to inhale for a long period of time without feeling like im gona die. idk how to exaplain, but i can’t inhale better

Keep going Rita, u will eventually have the life u wish for. Forget the past and move forward. Use other supporting fields of love, gratitude, forgiveness, for trauma etc.
