I’ll throw two cents in. Whenever I listen to this I find myself saying “I let go of…” memories, energies, vows, agreements etc. In the 4 agreements he says every word is a spell, maybe this is helping me to be free of my own words, not just other people’s

you know whats funny, I meditatet a time ago and understood that words are energy, I think the concept of it and when I think or speak I can feel this certain energy of these words, so yes, words spoken or thought are energy you send out

does it remove negative spells or all spells? I think the Gallery of Magick books are kind of evil i tried one in early august and since then i feel like something is off with me.
I did experience a slight relief in my sacral area but it tensed up again 20 minutes later. I might have to listen to it for a whole day to remove everything bad.

it removes everything that isnt made by sapien and things you didn say out loud you want to keep, just listen to the field without saying the spell and it should go away

I will try to listen to the deep aura cleanse for a whole day on saturday and on sunday i will dedicate the whole day to this and see if i can reset myself back to when i did not use any energies at all.

Why not sunshine and flowers? 
it reminded me of the story I read in Kreiter’s Kindle book on Servitors. When self created thought form goes out of Alignment, it tends to run wild. I suspect the ideas you cover in this field include any energies that may have born out of fear or shadow self correct?

The GoM books are NOT evil.
If you started doing that type of magick, it definitely woke stuff up inside of you. Most people don’t dig that too much. Deal with it anyway. It is as much a part of the divine allself as anything else.

they are not good , i heard people saying the got nightmares and i did as well the worst kind of nightmare.
Using these rituals makes you like a target for all kinds of thoughtforms i threw the books away and returned the ones i still could .
