I rewatched Step Up 3, 4 and 5.
It seems I’ve never actually watched Step Up 5 at all before lol.
Part 5 was not as good as the previous ones and I didn’t liked where they have put the story development. Also, the simping in this one was extreme, almost Instagram level bad, was very hard to watch at times… :roll_eyes:

These are my personal ratings of these movies so far:

Step Up 1: 5/10 – Tatum "Chad"ing meets average girl next door xD, but the guy can dance really good

Step Up 2: 6/10 – Good dance moves and good music, bonus point for Cassie

Step Up 3: 7/10 – A feel good movie with good music and good dance moves. The best movie in the series and inspired many folks to dance. Story is another Chad meeting average girl next door xD

Step Up 4: 6/10 – A feel good movie like the third one, good dance moves and some good music

Step Up 5: 3/10 – A cringy simp fest with a few good dance moves here and there, music rather below average

Have watched this movie (mainly because of Cassie):

As expected, there is no real story here, only filler scenes between the dances.
The “actors” are professional dancers without any acting skills. The dancing is good though.
They also inserted a discount-Drake into the plot xD.
My personal overall rating: 3/10
