I have ordered Eternity tag on 29 Nov’2020. When I track my mail innovation, it is showing it reached New Delhi on 15th Dec’2020. After that there are no more updates.
Does any one ordered and got the tag? Please let me know how long it will take.

Destination location? It takes time depending on end destination. Sometimes system doesn’t get updated. Wait for a week, then you can mail sapien team .

Well, it depends on whether in capital city or town or village… postal system takes their own sweet time to deliver it. As I said, wait to 2-3 weeks after Delhi. Once it has entered India, most probably you will get it delivered without losing midway. And 2-3 weeks delay was pre corona times, now it can be even more.
just give it more time like till the end of january

I ordered some tags last week. Now worried about them getting stuck with customs.

Thank you. I ordered a lot in 3 batches all of last week. I quite desperately need some like the eternity redux for my sister who has been diagnosed with cancer. So, what you have said eases my mind a bit.

A friend for whom I ordered 1+4+1 tags at different times, only two of the second order ever arrived at his place. The others Dream begin so generous refunded etc…
He found the problem and followed with the post office guys. Here’s the issue: he told that these tags or packages come under the category of ‘ordinary parcel’ and this category of goods don’t have any tracking available for them since there is no amount paid to be delivered to your doorstep. So once the parcel lands at your international airport, you will never know where was it thrown, was it stolen by the postmen(because they know that there is no accountability for ordinary parcels so nothing can be done so why not take home that good looking jewellery box’ or was thrown off while being loaded in a postal van at the central post office.
My Suggestion to dream and team: stop Shipping to India via USPS but use DHL, Fed Ex etc because they have accountability end to end, or the user order it at a family’s place in US etc. and they ship it to you via some reliable post service with accountability.
Rest considering your case, good luck because in this case they never arrived and the reason is this, so chances are super dependent on luck already, and it’s been a while, so…

Those charge a lot for international delivery specially far destinations, I live right next in Mexico and a tag from someone that ordered it for me shipped to California then sent it to me through DHL paid 85usd and the tag was like 80😅 to India itd easily be 150usd
I mean i didnt mind paying that and taking that route because i wanted the tag and through usps things never reach here lol but to use those couriers every time they would have to add that shipping cost to the items, and thatll increase the price quite more.
Thats why online shopping use the regular couriers.

Hmm. Reliable options must be looked into, for the region in general, because the issue is grave even for dream’s business.
localised store houses can be a way , for example for asia he can choose india/singapore and deliver till europe from the asia store house
