If you are not her, i would say no fields can help much. None did really, they actually made things worse as you would focus on it more. The more you focus on the voices etc, the more energy and power it has over you. The first few days it will mock you and laugh as you try to ignore it, it will do everything in its power to get you to focus on it and give it energy. Just completely ignore it
