Dependent on pills

Hi there,

I’ve been taking sleeping pills for a long time, but lately been needing to up the dose to fall asleep and I don’t like how I’m being very dependent on them.
I want to start lowering the dose gradually, would Overcome Addiction work in this case? And is there any other field that can help?

Thanks!

I don’t think addiction field would help in that case, because that audio works with dopamine and when you have an addiction it gives you pleasure. In this case, maybe something that resets your brain would be better, such as brain regeneration, advance healer, plasma beach and others like that. Also, having better sleeping habits, such as not looking at screens before sleeping, and waking up at the same time every day.

Alright, thank you! I’ll use brain generation and gentle brain generation more consistently then. I also own the Plasma Brain of Youth, maybe that can help too?

What “sleeping pills”, there are several kinds of them with different mechanisms of action.

Yes plasma brain of youth It should help with that, test a few days to see if it works for you

I use bromazepam and quetiapine, but I’d like to start weaning off quetiapine, coz that’s the one that I’ve been upping the dose of.

Quetiapine doesn’t sound like something that causes addiction at all, but it can cause withdrawal or psychotic symptoms when tapering off.

What are your symptoms? They should be treated in case you take it as a sleep aid.

What disturbs your sleep?

You can try diphenhydramine aka Benadryl (or its other brand name) to replace quetiapine, there’s a high probability that for sleep it will be as efficient. Now it also has downsides with continuous use, but it should be huge improvement over quetiapine.

If you have allergies and they are the problem, then you can try Cetirizine instead.

The deep sleeper.

It does say don’t loop. Don’t want to give medicine advice as I have zero knowledge. Maybe try his spa massage to relax you.

It doesn’t cause addiction but it is habit forming and I’ve been upping the dose to sleep better and I just need something to help me pull back on the dosage/lower it back to what it was a year ago for example.
I already have a messy sleeping schedule and anxiety (I loop the field) and I just want to depend less on medication, that’s it. And was wondering which fields could help.

I listen to V2 for 45 min - 1 hour before bed, thanks!

Then you can try Stress and Anxiety, maybe Manhattan Max Relief.

I already use the Anxiety field, will check those out, thanks.

Also consider Semax and Phenylpyracetam, Theanine, Negentropic Smart Blend.

You are welcome.

Automated grounding put me to sleep too. I used to cycle that, utter relaxation and deep sleeper all night long.

Now there is ho’oponopono which can help too. But grounding before sleep is a really good idea.

And definitely use PBOY to help your brain regenerate.

I took quietapine too and I left it this year (also two years ago) and I got insomnia and psychotic/paranoia sympthoms, you have to be very careful with the withdrawing of that medication, doing it very slow.
I used a little Plasma Brain and I think helped me, I should played longer.
Hyperbaric compressor could help a lot I think (or hyperbaric chamber if dont have it)
Also I think microkinesis therapist and any field with neurochemicals balancer.
I still suffer sometimes insomnia, but also due to stress and anxiety
Also the inner bliss field could help ,(I have played it sometimes) since it balances dopamine and serotonine which quietapine does tll.
